BARRELS. Sided, deep, with flat bottom and oblique standing wavy edge and on a round foot edge. On the inside a landscape with four geese, two standing on the ground and two flying, on both sides leaf plants; on each side of the edge seedlings and a grasshopper. On the outside three small stems with leaves, around the edge a stripe. Underglaze painting. At the edge of the foot remains of the litter.
Gift for Wilhelmina von Hallwyl, 6 December 1891, from the art dealer Eduard Kahlert, Eisenach, Germany.
