DETERMINAN PERILAKU PENCEGAHAN HIV/AIDS PADA KOMUNITAS LAKI-LAKI SEKS LAKI-LAKI (LSL) DI KOTA JAMBI

ABSTRACT Data from the Jambi City Health Office in collaboration with the Kanti Sehati Foundation shows that in 2019 there were 421 MSM recorded in Jambi City. This research has the aim of knowing determine the Relationships such as knowledge, attitude and roles of health workers on HIV / AIDS prevention behavior in the male sex-male community (lsl) in Jambi City in 2020. This research is a quantitative with a cross-sectional design. The number of samples was 80 respondents and the data were analyzed using the chi-square test. The results of this research indicate that there is a relationship between knowledge p-value 0.024 (PR 1.6 95% CI 1.04-2.69), attitude value p = 0.003 (PR 2.0 95% CI 1.20-3.46) with HIV / AIDS prevention behavior in the male sex male community (MSM). There is no relationship between the roles of health workers p = 0.065 (PR 1.3 95% CI 0.97-2.32). there are conclusions from this research is there is a relationship between knowledge, attitudes and HIV / AIDS preventions behavior in the male sex-male community (MSM). And there is no relationship between the roles of health care workers and HIV / AIDS prevention behavior in the male sex male community (MSM). Keywords: HIV/AIDS, LSL   ABSTRAK Data Dinas Kesehatan Kota Jambi bekerja sama dengan Yayasan Kanti Sehati bahwa LSL yang terdata pada tahun 2019 sebanyak 421 orang di Kota Jambi. Riset ini dilakukan dalam rangka untuk mengetahui Determinan Perilaku dan sikap preventif HIV/AIDS pada Komunitas Laki-Laki Seks Laki-Laki (LSL) Di Kota Jambi. . Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan memakai desain Cross Sectional. Adapaun jumlah sampel sebanyak 80 responden dan data di analisis menggunakan uji chi-square. Hasil dari hasil riset ini diketahui bahwa ada hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan nilai p-value 0,024 (PR 1,6 95% CI 1,04-2,69), dan sikap dengan nilai p=0,003 (PR 2,0 95% CI 1,20-3,46) dengan perilaku pencegahan HIV/AIDS pada komunitas laki-laki seks laki-laki (LSL). Tidak terdapat hubungan antara peran petugas kesehatan p=0,065 (PR 1,3 95% CI 0,97-2,32). Kesimpulan dari riset ini adalah terdapat hubungan anatara penghetahuan, sikap dengan prilaku pencegahan virus HIV/AIDS pada komunitas laki-laki seks laki-laki (LSL). Dan tidak ada hubungan peran petugas kesehatan dengan perilaku pencegahan HIV/AIDS pada komunitas laki-laki seks laki-laki (LSL). Kata Kunci:, HIV/AIDS, LSL
