<p>Der führende Lehrbuchklassiker zur Organisation im deutschsprachigen Raum. Anhand der fiktiven Speedy GmbH und der rund 200 Praxisbeispiele bekannter Unternehmen vor allem aus Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz werden grundlegende Organisationsfragen praxisnah und didaktisch gekonnt erörtert. Im Mittelpunkt stehen die verschiedenen Formen der Aufbauorganisation von Unternehmen mit ihren möglichen Vor- und Nachteilen, das Prozessmanagement als bereichsübergreifendes Organisationskonzept und das Change-Management mit seinen Herausforderungen und Chancen.
