The textbook was prepared at the Department of Business Law of Lomonosov Moscow State University. Taking into account the interaction of private and public legal means of regulating entrepreneurial activity, volume 1 highlights such important issues as the right to engage in entrepreneurial activity, methods and forms of its implementation, legislation on entrepreneurship, the legal status and responsibility of business entities, including individual entrepreneurs, small and medium-sized enterprises, corporations, legal foundations insolvency (bankruptcy), features of legal regulation in the digital economy, state regulation and control. The material is presented on the basis of the latest legislation with the involvement of judicial practice.
For students, postgraduates and teachers of law schools, as well as for students of economic universities, state and municipal employees, heads of enterprises and organizations, other practitioners, primarily entrepreneurs.
