El pasado 14 de diciembre de 2022 se celebró presencialmente el III Encuentro WIN IFA España en el Instituto de Estudios Fiscales. Este evento fue organizado por el Instituto de Estudios Fiscales del Ministerio de Hacienda y Función Pública y por el Grupo WIN España (Women of IFA Network) de la Asociación Española de Derecho Financiero, rama española de la International Fiscal Association (IFA). La iniciativa WIN surgió con el objetivo de dar visibilidad e incentivar el papel de la mujer en el ámbito fiscal. Bajo el título «Reformas fiscales y necesidades sociales», este Encuentro se celebró para contribuir al debate sobre las reformas fiscales a desarrollar en España desde la perspectiva de las necesidades sociales.
