View through Europeana Collections
Clay hydria of the Late Geometric period from chamber tomb 4 of the Angelopoulos group at Volimidia. It is formed of sherds glued together. Its decoration, consisting of parallel horizontal lines, interrupted by vertical zig zags in frames, presents a colour alteration, possibly due to some inconsistency in firing.
