This project was a business plan focused on the creation of a company dedicated to the elaboration of personalized shoes, with this they wanted to capture the ideas of each client, thus elaborating a footwear to the taste of each one; that he can choose his images, colors, backgrounds and can have his own identity; for this, it was intended to unify two totally different industrial processes such as design, printing and sublimation with the traditional process of technical footwear. The sublimation stage is an innovative process where the ink goes from a solid state to a gaseous state by means of heat, when combined with the footwear process it can be reflected in the shoes. For the design stage, qualified personnel and practitioners were needed. have knowledge about this or be able to provide training in this area, with respect to the traditional footwear process should be linked to personnel who have the knowledge and empirical experience, which allows us to integrate personnel belonging to the vulnerable population helping to reduce part of the percentage of unemployment in the region. The present projects are part of the secondary sector in the footwear industry. The footwear industry contributes 2.1% of the country’s industrial GDP. The leather, leather goods and footwear sectors and their parts generate more than 100,000 direct jobs and 50,000 indirect jobs annually. Methodologically the project is framed in a quantitative paradigm, descriptive type, empirical analytical approach.
