Abstract
Zur automatischen Identifikation von Objekten in der Produktion werden leistungsfähige Technologien eingesetzt, um eine qualitätssichernde Rückverfolgbarkeit von Bauteilen oder Fertigungshilfsmitteln sicherzustellen. In diesem Beitrag wird ein Lösungsansatz zur Rückverfolgbarkeit von Vorrichtungen, Werkzeugen und Messmitteln durch Anwendung eines RFID-Systems in der Produktion von Hochleistungsröntgenstrahlern vorgestellt und auf die Ergebnisse von Lebensdauerversuchen eingegangen.
