Ornamental estimation of garnet-bearing sсhists from the Hannivka deposit in the Kryvyi Rih basin

Наведені геологічні й мінералогічні дані про гранат-вмісні породи саксаган-ської світи Ганнівського родовища Північного залізорудного району Криворізь-кого басейну. Для оцінки якості гранатової сировини як декоративної була ви-користана адаптована методика Гемологічного центру України. Автори внес-ли зміни до переліку художньо-естетичних ознак, за якими проводиться оцінка гірських порід. Викладені результати декоративної оцінки гранат-вмісних сла-нців Ганнівського родовища. В якості пріоритетних напрямків використання гранат-вмісних сланців як виробного каменю визначені: виготовлення пласко-полірованих виробів і оздоблення підставок для сувенірів.
