Jars, design Carl or Paul Thomas, 1911/14: The shape of the glasses with straight chalice, called the Roman by the company, corresponds to the wine glass, which was created with a design Jungnickel around 1911 (sogn. Monkey Cup). On this matt etched glasses was applied as a technical variation of the bronze glasses with spring black pattern and burnt in. These three stem gel lasers were exhibition objects of the Werkbund exhibition in Cologne in 1914 and were also shown at the Austrian Arts and Fashion Exhibition in Stockholm in 1916. On contemporary illustrations the three glasses were assigned to different artists, both Jungnickel and Carl and Paul Thomas. The Mak has 2 specimens each of the three glasses on which the individual painting of the respective decorations can be seen
