Analisis Match Factor pada Kegiatan Pemindahan Overburder di PT. Ceria Nugraha Indotama

Abstract. PT. Ceria Nugraha Indotama (PT. CNI) is a company engaged in laterite nickel ore mining, with an IUP area of 6,785 hectares in Wolo District, Kolaka Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province. This company started operating after obtaining a permit in 2012. Heavy equipment plays a crucial role in the mining process to achieve production targets, so the condition of the equipment must always be optimal. The research carried out by the author is quantitative, namely systematic and continuous research on a problem with the immediate aim of specific needs through numerical calculations using certain equations. The efficiency of the loading digging equipment (Hitachi Zaxis 350 type Excavator) was recorded at 69%, while the efficiency of the transport equipment (Komatsu Hm400 type Articulated Dumptruck) reached 65%. The compatibility factor between the loading digging equipment and the transport equipment is 0.64, indicating that the loading digging equipment works less than 100%.

CNI) adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang pertambangan bijih nikel laterit, dengan luas IUP mencapai 6.785 hektar di Kecamatan Wolo, Kabupaten Kolaka, Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Perusahaan ini mulai beroperasi sejak memperoleh izin pada tahun 2012. Alat berat memegang peran krusial dalam proses penambangan untuk mencapai target produksi, sehingga kondisi peralatan harus selalu optimal. Penelitian yang dilakukan penulis bersifat kuantitatif, yaitu penelitian sistematis dan berkelanjutan terhadap suatu masalah dengan tujuan segera untuk keperluan tertentu melalui perhitungan numerik menggunakan persamaan tertentu. Efisiensi alat gali muat (Excavator tipe Hitachi Zaxis 350) tercatat mencapai 69%, sedangkan efisiensi alat angkut (Articulated Dumptruck tipe Komatsu Hm400) mencapai 65%. Faktor keserasian antara alat gali muat dan alat angkut adalah 0,64, menunjukkan bahwa alat gali muat bekerja kurang dari 100%.
