AbstractEs werden zwei Mikroverfahren zur Darstellung von Barbitursäure‐5‐14C beschrieben. Ausgehend von Natriumcyanoacetat‐2‐14C über Malonsäure‐2‐14C beträgt die Gesamtausbeute an Barbitursäure‐5‐14C 86%, ausgehend von Malonsäurediäthylester‐2‐14C 70%. — Die Synthese ringmarkierter Flavine aus Barbitursäure‐5‐14C gelingt beim Lumiflavin‐4a‐14C mit 88% Gesamtausbeute an analysenreinem Produkt, beim Riboflavin‐4a‐14C mit 75%. Die spezifische Aktivität des Endproduktes entspricht der des Ausgangsproduktes.
