ELEMENTAL - Simon Hunter

Simon Hunter’s new body of work, Elemental, extends his investigation into abstraction through sequential layers of paint, print, and spray paint. The surfaces that are developed are rich, they vibrate optically with colour, binary code, and both negative and positive spaces and shapes. Yet overall, these works provide an opportunity for quiet contemplation and reflection on the process of things both physical and metaphysical.
