Documents Lehmann 326-329 are written together. Gotschalk, the Schultheiß von Dürkheim, reports that Stefan von Karlebach, Dean of St. Paul’s Abbey in Worms, and his brother Johann (Henne) named Welcker in part with his own funds, partly with the co-tax of Dürkheim Commune, the Brotherhood of the Rainbow and other benefactors: Heinz Ruwe, Heinz von Karlebach named the old Vogt, Henne Langk, Heinzel Spierbach and Anderen, on the dorra The donors determine: (1) The patentee should read the fair and be subordinate to the local priest every day for them at the said altar. (2) The collapse of the new benefices should be due to the patrons and the next oldest legacy vsque ad quartam lineam. After the extinction of the family, the abbot of the Cistercian monastery Schönau is to transfer the collature to the priest who lives there or to one who becomes a priest there within a year. However, if he is not a priest or becomes a priest within a year and does not live there, the abbot is supposed to use a person who is a priest and is supposed to use the benefice until the first benefactor has become a priest. (3) Members of the founding family are to be preferred among the founders. The witnesses are: the priests Heilmann and Friedrich, Johann der Kyndemeister, Henne Becker, Heinrich Bibuss, Heinzemann Wieche and Hensel Keller, all from Dürkheim.
