Pengukuran Tingkat Kepuasan Kerja PT. Soka Menggunakan Metode IPA & KPI

Abstract. This study aims to measure the level of employee job satisfaction at PT Soka Cipta Niaga using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) methods. The background of this research is the high employee turnover rate caused by job dissatisfaction, highlighting the need for evaluation to improve the quality of the work environment. The concept of job satisfaction measurement applies IPA to map the gap between employees’ expectations (importance) and actual conditions (performance), while KPI is used as a performance measurement instrument. The research methodology includes a preliminary study, questionnaire design, data collection from 44 respondents, and validity and reliability tests to ensure the accuracy of the instruments. Data collection and processing were conducted using statistical analysis, including the IPA Cartesian diagram and the calculation of the Employee Satisfaction Index (ESI). The analysis results indicate an employee satisfaction level of 66.4% (categorized as “Moderately Satisfied”), with improvement priorities focused on aspects of self-actualization needs that fall into Quadrants II and III of the IPA. The study concludes by emphasizing the importance of enhancing physiological and esteem needs, as well as focusing on priority indicators to provide certainty and opportunities for employees to develop their potential, thereby improving the quality of employee performance in the future. Latar belakang penelitian didasarkan pada tingginya angka turnover karyawan yang disebabkan oleh ketidakpuasan kerja karyawan, sehingga diperlukan evaluasi untuk meningkatkan kualitas lingkungan kerja. Konsep pengukuran kepuasan kinerja ini menerapkan IPA yang bertujuan untuk memetakan kesenjangan antara harapan (importance) dan realitas (performance) karyawan, serta KPI sebagai instrumen pengukuran kinerja. Metodologi penelitian meliputi studi pendahuluan, penyusunan kuesioner, pengumpulan data dari 44 responden, serta uji validitas dan reliabilitas untuk memastikan keakuratan instrumen. Pengumpulan dan pengolahan data dilakukan dengan analisis statistik menggunakan diagram kartesius IPA dan perhitungan indeks kepuasan karyawan (IKK). Hasil analisis menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan karyawan sebesar 66,4% (kategori "Cukup Puas"), dengan prioritas perbaikan pada aspek kebutuhan aktualisasi diri yang masuk kuadran II dan III IPA. Kesimpulan penelitian menekankan pentingnya peningkatan pada aspek kebutuhan fisiologis dan penghargaan serta fokus pada indikator prioritas untuk memberikan kepastian dan kesempatan dalam mengembangkan potensi karyawan guna meningkatkan kualitas kerja karyawan di masa yang akan datang.
