Scientifically leadership began to develop along with the growth of scientific management, better known as the science of leadership. This can be seen from the many theories that research about leadership in education have a very important role considering the function of the leader is crucial in achieving educational goals. We need to know that each educational institution or institution needs a leader who will guide and direct the implementation of education in the institution or organization. Leadership in education is a very important part in the world of education, without the presence of a leader then an education can certainly not be successful. A leader is a person who can control, educate, teach, direct, and move the administrations in the school so that all the goals of the school or education can be achieved as desired. The leader is essentially a person who has the ability to influence the behavior of others in his work by using power. A good leader must of course have a good leadership spirit and knowledge about leading in depth. If the leader who will lead in an educational institution does not have these two things, it will be difficult to carry out their functions and roles as leaders. Every leader must always hold the trust he leads because leadership can stand on the basis of trust. When that trust is fragile, the leader will collapse soon. Therefore, the most basic and most important thing for a person when he is a leader is to instill trust.
