This work, whose subject is "Economic mechanisms for the rational management of agro-food products for the economic growth of South-Kivu from 2007-2014" intends to put in place the economic mechanisms of rational management of agro-food products to achieve the general economic growth in the province of South-Kivu. It also aims at clarifying the role of the agricultural sector in the development of the South Kivu Province and in improving the socio-economic conditions of households in showing the role of the State in the development of the agricultural sector and give clear information to investors on the mechanisms to invest in the agricultural sector without too much risk and in a profitable way. After processing the variables using the Eviews3.1 using the Ordinary Least Squares Model, our results reveal that to hope for general economic growth in the Province of South Kivu thanks to agro-food products, it is necessary to increase the demand of agricultural products, to increase the price index (social price), to increase agricultural investment and agricultural production, and to reduce the rate of inflation, to reduce imports and to make visible the interventionism of the State in the agricultural sector.
