ASSESSMENT OF THE EFFICIENCY OF THE SYSTEM-TARGET MANAGEMENT TECHNOLOGY OF LONG-TERM TRAINING OF JUDOISTS AT THE STAGES OF LONG-TERM DEVELOPMENT OF SPORTS MASTERY

View through CrossRef
The purpose of the research: to evaluate the effectiveness of the technology of system-targeted management of long-term training of judokas at the stages of long-term development of sports skills, according to the indicator «effectiveness of competitive activity». Methods and organization of the research. The study analyzed the results of competitive activity of judokas aged 9-23 years who were engaged in the initial training stage (n = 60), educational and training stage (n = 80), stage of improving sports skills (n = 64) and the stage of higher sports skills (n = 40). Research results and their discussion. Experimental technology of system-target management of long-term training of judoists at the stages of long-term development of sports mastery consists of 4 modules: conceptual (forming goal-setting based on leading concepts, theories, principles); diagnostic-potential (including the procedure for developing and implementing the pedagogical control program); content-program (implementation of long-term pedagogical influences taking into account the variability of the factor structure of judoists' training, the slow development of heavyweight judoists, the rate of development of motor qualities and functional systems of the body of judoists, their genetic predisposition to the weight category); control-corrective (organization and implementation of operational, current and stage control of various aspects of judoists' readiness and competitive effectiveness). The effectiveness of competitive activity was assessed based on the results of athletes' performance at competitions held during the study period for athletes at each stage of long-term sports training. Conclusion. The changes in the performance indicators of competitive activity recorded during the pedagogical experiment confirm the effectiveness of our proposed technology of system-targeted management of long-term training of judokas at the stages of long-term development of sports skills.
