In the works of the period 2010-2012 Nikos Triantafyllou creates "scanographies": he scans in high resolution and prints on archival paper compositions with flowers, clothes, books and other decorative objects. He creates still lifes, dreamlike images containing symbolically charged objects, where the flatness of the image enhances the anonymous character of a work that basically aims at personal introspection.
