Socio-Economic Essence of the National Economy`s Innovative Infrastructure

The socio-economic essence of the innovative infrastructure of the national economy has been studied. The features and forms of innovative infrastructure of the national economy are analyzed. Modern interpretations and components of the innovative infrastructure of the national economy are considered. The relevance of this article lies in highlighting the features of the formation of the modern innovative infrastructure of the national economy, which is extremely important in the conditions of military aggression. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the socio-economic essence of the innovative infrastructure of the national economy. The research methodology is represented by the methods of theoretical generalization, comparative analysis, abstract-logical. The results of the research consist in the synthesis of the historical trajectory of the development of the concept of "innovative infrastructure"; the modern interpretation of the innovative infrastructure of the national economy; highlighting the main scientific approaches to the research of innovative infrastructure; justification of the main functions of the innovative infrastructure of the national economy. It is justified that the main mission of the innovation infrastructure is the role of a catalyst between the inexperienced and low-income (experience, money, organizational knowledge) inventor and the market of goods and services. Tasks regarding the formation and development of innovative infrastructure are proposed: the development of the scientific, technical and innovative potential of the regions and the country as a whole; achieving an increase in production volumes through structural restructuring of the economy and replacement of traditional products with innovative knowledge-intensive products that are in demand; increasing the level of competitiveness of domestic products at the expense of science-intensive innovative achievements. The practical significance of the study is that taking into account the peculiarities of the formation of the innovative infrastructure of the national economy will allow speeding up the European integration processes and increasing the level of security for the infrastructure facilities of the national economy.
