Souvenir Art Project

Tens of thousands of people die or are severely injured every year due to more and more frequent floods. The material damages are immeasurable. The decision of building in the wrong areas, the lack of prevention and the global warming, which is worsening the situation, suggest a rather catastrophic scenario. Spucches created a project that was supposed to symbolically flood Milan: the installation of a full- scale replica of the iconic Cathedral Madonnina in the middle of the Darsena.
