Kualitas pelayanan baik akan mempengaruhi persepsi pelanggan, lalau persepsi pelanggan akan mempengaruhi citra perusahaan. Maka dari itu perusahaan atau organisasi haru memerhatikan dengan teliti dari segala aspek dan aktifitas yang mereka lakukan, dalam hal ini kualitas pelayanan. Dengan kualitas pelayanan yang baik, pelanggan akan memberikan penilaian yang baik terhadap perusahaan atau organisasi tersebut. Lalu, persepsi pelanggan akan dengan sendirinya memberikan citra perusahaan.
