View through CrossRef
Forty‐one convicted male offenders in group treatment were assessed by their probation officers for denial. The officers made reliable observations. Two factors of denial emerged; denial of the facts of the offences, e.g. planning, and denial of responsibility or blame. No relationships were found between the types of denial and the offence characteristics.
