Drusus the Elder (Nero Claudius Drusus)

Abstract Drusus the Elder (38–9 bce ) was the younger brother of the Roman princeps Tiberius. As the stepson of Augustus, he made a name for himself conquering large parts of the Germanic territories east of the Rhine, advancing as far as the River Elbe.
