Présentation inhabituelle d’un Mal de Pott : à propos d’un cas

Le mal de Pott ou spondylodiscite tuberculeuse est rare, mais représente la forme la plus fréquente de tuberculose ostéoarticulaire. Nous rapportons un cas de mal de Pott multifocal étendu sur plusieurs niveaux vertébraux contigus dorsolombaires, compliqué de troubles neurologiques, en insistant sur les difficultés diagnostiques et thérapeutiques de cette forme extensive.
