The history and identity of Queen Arwa University online and the stages of development from 1998 - 2021

Queen Arwa University was established and carried out its educational activity since the beginning of the year 1996 AD. It received many local and international students and faculty members and formed one of the most important institutions of private higher education in that era. Within the activities of students and the practical application of academic subjects, a group of students created the first electronic website and was interested in introducing The university, its news, its most important colleges and departments, and many services that we see as primitive nowadays, but it was a successful project that everyone admired. When Dr. Wahiba Farea, Chairman of the University’s Board of Trustees, learned of the matter, she personally and directly supervised the stages of designing and programming the Queen Arwa University website, and in honor of these students, the presidency was approved. The university project as an official website represents Queen's University's activity on the Internet. The website and its bulletin were officially worked on at the beginning of the year 1998 AD. It was the first Yemeni university to launch its website on the Internet and obtained a good evaluation and membership in the UNESCO Education Organization at the time.
