It becomes interesting to measure employee performance in a teleworking environment, especially the important elements that influence employee performance such as transformational leadership, work-life balance, and job satisfaction. Previously, there may have been a lot of research on the relationship between these variables, but only a few have discussed the relationship between these variables in the teleworking environment. The research was conducted on 150 employees in companies that implement teleworking. Quantitative research using primary data from distributed questionnaires. Data analysis using the SEM model concluded that transformational leadership and work-life balance have a significant and positive effect on employee performance, either directly or through job satisfaction.
