UPAYA PENINGKATAN KESADARAN ORANG DENGAN HIV (ODHIV) DALAM PEMERIKSAAN VIRAL LOAD
View through CrossRef
In 2023, the government hopes to increase the achievement of zero HIV cases by 2030. However, the achievement of the target with the 95-95-95 indicator is still far from expected. Based on 2022 data, only 81% of People Living with HIV (PLHIV) have their HIV status known. Meanwhile, only 42% of PLHIV are treated from the first 95 findings, the third 95 percent indicator, only 20 percent have received VL tests from the second 95 findings. The Mojokerto Regency Health Office has made efforts to increase the achievement of viral load testing in HIV sufferers, but the results obtained are still not optimal. This activity aims to identify the causes of the still low viral load testing in PLHIV in the Mojokerto Regency Health Office Work Area in 2023 and increase awareness of people living with HIV (PLHIV) to undergo viral load testing. The activity consists of the stages of problem identification, problem prioritization, and finding solutions to problems. At the end of the activity, it was found that viral load testing on PLHIV in the Mojokerto District Health Office's work area was still lacking and that assistance was needed to increase PLHIV awareness to carry out regular viral load testing so that the risk of transmission could be reduced.
