VAS on foot of gilded bronze; 1700s. Dark green with light streaks and spots and dark dots. With an elliptical cross section, a vulsty shoulder, a slightly turned neck with a protruding, straight edge of mouth below two contoured, four-sided cross sections and on a drawn low foot. Decor in archaic style. Around the waist a wide stretcher of cohesive spiral ornaments (so-called thunderbolts, lei wen) between two bands on which alternating round fields with three spirals and one over the other roasted triangles, which together form rectangles. Round mouth and foot edge a carved meander, around the neck a stretcher of six upturned cicades (crickets), immediately above the foot a stretcher of eight upturned leaves in low relief. The bronze foot firmly attached; low, at the bottom, with a wreath of transverse, densely lying vultures. On the outside of the bottom carved scripts. Height: 15.8 cm, length: 8.9 cm, width: 4.7 cm.
