AUTONOMIA KLIENTA W RELACJI Z PSYCHOTERAPEUTĄ. FENOMENOLOGICZNO-HERMENEUTYCZNA PERSPEKTYWA PSYCHOTERAPII GESTALT

Optyka psychoterapii Gestalt jest skierowana w stronę oryginalności człowieka, dostrzega, że ludzie są wolni, wyjątkowi, przyjmują różne wartości, ideały i wierzenia, które nadają ich życiu sens. Z tego powodu pojęcie ‘autonomia klienta’ w polu terapii Gestalt jest tak ważne. I choć jest ono cały czas dyskutowane, odnotować można jedno z istotniejszych jej sformułowań: osoba klienta jest samostanowiącą (self--determination) jednostką relacyjną zdolną do samoregulacji (self-regulated) w środowisku. Ambicją niniejszego tekstu jest wskazać fenomenologiczno-hermeneutyczne źródła tej definicji. W tym celu autorzy artykułu szczególną uwagę zwrócą na myśli Maurice’a Merleau--Ponty’ego, Thomasa Fuchsa, Emmanuela Levinasa, Williama Jamesa i Paula Ricoeura.
