A REVOLUÇÃO DA JURIMETRIA: DESAFIOS E PERSPECTIVAS DE APLICAÇÃO NO PROCESSO JUDICIAL

A revolução da jurimetria possui desafios e perspectivas de aplicação no processo judicial que pode contribuir para o desenvolvimento da promoção de justiça, no entanto, precisam ter controles e monitoramentos conforme o sistema do ordenamento jurídico do Brasil. Neste sentido, o objetivo deste artigo é demonstrar a importância da aplicação da jurimetria como meio de aprimorar a prestação jurisdicional. A metodologia utilizada foi o levantamento bibliográfico com análise teórica. A partir desta, pode-se concluir que a jurimetria é um instrumento que pode facilitar a os atos nos processos judiciais, quando for monitorado e avaliado conforme o ordenamento jurídico brasileiro, por exemplo, conforme a normativa da LGPD.
