Pemeriksaan Alpha-Fetoprotein (AFP) Metode ELFA Menggunakan Alat Vidas Biomerieux Di Laboratorium Immuno Serologi RSUD Abdul Wahab Sjahranie Samarinda

Hepatoma (karsinoma hepatoseluler) adalah kanker yang berasal dari sel-sel hati. Pemeriksaanya berupa ultrasonografi (USG), Computed Tomographic Scanning (CT Scan), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) dan kimia Alpha-Fetoprotein (AFP) untuk menegakkan diagnosis dan mengetahui ukuran tumor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil pemeriksaan AFP metode ELFA menggunakan alat VIDAS biomerieux di Laboratorium Imunoserologi RSUD Abdul Wahab Sjahranie Samarinda. Metode penelitian ini merupakan studi observasi laboratorium. Hasil penelitian didapatkan sebanyak 85 sampel dengan 62 sampel (72,9%) memiliki kadar AFP normal dan 23 sampel (27,1%) memliki kadar AFP tidak normal. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini bahwa 27,1% pasien yang melakukan pemeriksaan APF di RSUD Abdul Wahab Sjahranie Samarinda memiliki kadar AFP tidak normal.
