THE LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY OF THE REAL ESTATE BOUNDARY STABILIZER

The process of fixing the boundaries of real estate ownership is one of the issues that is of particular importance, especially with the expansion of real estate buying and selling operations and the expansion of the construction psrocess and related matters, the most important of which is the knowledge of the boundaries of this property and fixing them in order to preserve rights and to avoid infringement on the rights of neighbors. In terms of the need for him to know the science between identifying and confirming real estate ownership accurately and verifying the documents necessary for the process of establishing ownership, there is no doubt that any error in this work raises the responsibility of the real estate property installer. Civil liability arises when a person exceeds the limits authorized to him under the rules stipulated in the state's income, whether in legislative or contractual form.
