Prejudices in penal enforcement law

The monograph analyzes the norms of penal enforcement and criminal legislation, which have a prejudicial character, and periodizes the development of penal enforcement prejudicial norms. This prejudice is being considered in Russia, the CIS member countries and other countries. On the basis of a specific sociological study, special data and signs are derived that characterize the convict from the standpoint of the application of prejudicial norms. The paper suggests measures, the implementation of which can increase the effectiveness of penal enforcement regulations in the correction of convicts, the prevention of crimes and other offenses, and the implementation of probation legislation. It is intended for teachers, researchers, cadets and students of legal education institutions.
