This concluding chapter presents the criticisms, objections, and retrospectives gleaned from Stefano, Hunter, and Allen through interviews as they look back on their time working with Hitchcock, and on the final cuts of the films they had helped to create. It includes both their early assessments of these films and also looks at how their opinions have changed over time. All three writers looked back upon their collaboration with Hitchcock as a golden moment, a time when they had the opportunity to share and participate within a singular creative vision. The chapter also briefly discusses Hitchcock's other films after Marnie and how they had fared, as well as the enduring legacy of his triptych for film history.
