MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA MATERI PERTUMBUHAN MAKHLUK HIDUP DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN STRATEGI PRACTICE REHEARSAL PAIRS DI SDN 100110 BATUNANGGAR KABUPATEN PADANGLAWAS UTARA

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD N 100110 Batunanggar Kabupaten Padang Lawas Utara, jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan menggunakan penerapan strategi practice rehearsal pairs dalam pembelajaran yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana penggunaan penerapan strategi practice rehearsal pairs dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi pertumbuhan mahkluk hidup di kelas IV dengan berjumlah siswa 14. Dari penelitian yang dilaksanakan diperoleh peningkatan hasil belajar setelah dilaksanakan tindakan. Hasil penelitian pada pre tes, rata-rata kelas yang diperoleh siswa hanya 28,57% atau hanya 4 siswa yang tuntas dari 14 siswa yang hadir. Setelah diterapkannya strategi practice rehearsal pairs pada materi pertumbuhan mahkluk hidup dapat meningkat hasil belajar siswa yang dapat dilihat dari hasil pos tes siswa. Pada siklus I mengalami peningkatan dari 14 siswa yang hadir, 6 siswa atau 42,85% siswa yang berhasil mencapai ketuntasan belajar. Sedangkan siklus II juga mengalami peningkatan dari 14 siswa yang hadir, 10 siswa atau 71,43% siswa yang mencapai ketuntasan belajar. Berdasarkan kriteria ketuntasan belajar klasikal maka pembelajaran ini sudah mencapai target ketuntasan belajar klasikal dan dapat disimpulkan penelitian ini telah berhasil.   This research was carried out at SD N 100110 Batunanggar, North Padang Lawas Regency, this type of research is classroom action research using the application of practice rehearsal pairs strategies in learning which aims to determine the extent to which the use of practice rehearsal pairs strategies can improve student learning outcomes on material growth of living things. in class IV with a total of 14 students. From the research carried out, it was found that there was an increase in learning outcomes after the action was carried out. The results of the research on the pre-test, the average class obtained by students is only 28.57% or only 4 students who complete the 14 students who attend. After the implementation of the practice rehearsal pairs strategy on the material for the growth of living things, it can increase student learning outcomes which can be seen from the results of the student post test. In the first cycle there was an increase from 14 students who attended, 6 students or 42.85% of students who succeeded in achieving complete learning. While the second cycle also experienced an increase from 14 students who attended, 10 students or 71.43% of students who achieved complete learning. Based on the criteria for mastery of classical learning, this study has reached the target of classical learning mastery and it can be concluded that this research has been successful.
