Notary instrument: The imperial notary and Cologne cleric Detmar von Langenbeke takes a view in the chapter of the Worms pen St. Martin in the presence of Dean John, the Custodian 'Matthias, the cantor Jakob Kremer, the canon of the colonel Johann Schmaltz, Jacob von Lautern, Stephan von Karlbach (Carlebach) and others that Konrad Machtolf, previously pastor of St. Lambert in Worlds Konrad and Georg now ask the collegiate chapter to approve this exchange. The chapter is ready to do so on the condition that the new pastor and vicar fathers the statutes of the monastery. The new pastor follows the request and evokes the articles and makes the dean obedient through a vow of hands. At the behest of the Dean, he is invested by the cantor Jacob as pastor of St. Lambert. Witnesses are: Hertwig von Monzenheim, chaplain at the Liebenau monastery, as well as Magister Peter, rector Zeugen um von St. Martin. Notariat.
