“Uniti si vince”: storia della mensa nella fabbrica Bondioli & Pavesi di Mantova

In questo articolo cercheremo di rappresentare, tramite un caso esemplare, le dinamiche presenti tra consiglio di fabbrica, sindacato e proprietà in Bondioli & Pavesi, una fabbrica di medie dimensioni nella provincia di Mantova, a cavallo degli anni Settanta. Ci concentreremo in particolare sulla istituzione della mensa aziendale, “Uniti si vince”. Il lavoro svolto ha come fonte principale le interviste ai protagonisti degli avvenimenti narrati. In this article we will try to represent, through a case study, the relationship between the worker’s council, the union and the owners in Bondioli & Pavesi, a medium sized factory located in the Province of Mantua, at the turn of the Seventies. We will especially focus on the establishment of the company’s canteen, “Uniti si vince” (“United we win”). The primary source for this work consists in interviews to the protagonists of the events.
