UPAYA PENINGKATAN PENGETAHUAN MENGENAI ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR MELALUI KEGIATAN E-LEARNING

Abstrak: Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) atau perilaku ekstra peran merupakan suatu hal yang dibutuhkan oleh organisasi agar dapat bersaing dengan para pesaingnya. Namun, kenyataan yang terjadi di lapangan adalah masih minimnya perilaku mengenai OCB yang ditunjukkan oleh karyawan. Sehingga hal ini membutuhkan suatu kegiatan yang dapat membantu karyawan mengenal mengenai OCB. Tahapan asesmen yang dilakukan untuk melihat Organizational Citizenship Behavior pada karyawan Human Resources Department PT.X Palembang adalah observasi, survey, dan wawancara. Metode E-Learning menjadi bentuk intervensi yang dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan karyawan mengenai Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) yang dapat membantu mereka memberikan kontribusi yang lebih baik untuk organisasi. Sasaran utama kegiatan ini adalah karyawan Human Resources Department PT. X Palembang dan sebanyak 8 karyawan telah berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan E-Learning. Pelaksanaan kegiatan terdiri dari 3 tahap, yaitu asesmen (observasi, survey dan wawancara) secara luring, intervensi yaitu penyampaian materi e-learning dan tahap evaluasi yang dilaksanakan secara daring. Untuk menilai keberhasilan dari kegiatan E-Learning, diadakan kegiatan Post-Test tanpa memberikan Pre-Test terlebih dahulu dengan tujuan mengukur sejauh mana karyawan dapat memahami materi yang telah dibagikan. Kegiatan E-Learning memperoleh hasil yang baik yaitu terjadinya peningkatan pengetahuan karyawan mengenai OCB, hal ini dilihat dari nilai rata-rata Post-Test yaitu sebesar 8,75 dari 10 poin.Abstract: Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) or extra role behavior is something needed by organizations in order to compete with their competitors. However, the reality that occurs in the field is that there is still a lack of behavior regarding OCB shown by employees. So this requires an activity that can help employees learn about OCB. The assessment stage carried out to see the Organizational Citizenship Behavior in employees of the Human Resources Department of PT. X Palembang is observation, survey, and interview. The E-Learning method is a form of intervention carried out with the aim of increasing employee knowledge about Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) which can help them make a better contribution to the organization. The main target of this activity is employees of the Human Resources Department of PT. X Palembang and as many as 8 employees have participated in E-Learning activities. The implementation of activities consists of three stages: offline assessment (observation, survey, and interview), e-learning material delivery, and online evaluation. To assess the success of E-Learning activities, Post-Test activities are held without providing Pre-Test first with the aim of measuring the extent to which employees can understand the material that has been shared. E-Learning activities obtained good results, namely an increase in employee knowledge about OCB, this can be seen from the average Post-Test score of 8.75 out of 10 points.
