Internet w komunikowaniu politycznym

Internet jest powszechnie wykorzystywany w życiu prywatnym i publicznym. W sferze publicznej wpływa na rozwój demokracji, w tym także na zmiany w komunikowaniu politycznym. Artykuł napisano w celu przedstawienia wpływu Internetu (i szerzej – ICT) na komunikowanie polityków i władz publicznych. Skupiono się na następującym wykorzystaniu ICT w komunikowaniu politycznym: roli Internetu w kampaniach wyborczych, komunikowaniu publicznym w relacji władza/urząd – obywatel, w tym e-partycypacji rozumianej jako udział obywateli w rządzeniu/podejmowaniu decyzji oraz znaczeniu mediów społecznościowych. Dokonano przeglądu literatury i przedstawiono wyniki najnowszych badań.
