Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Kepuasan Pasien di Rumah Sakit : Systematic Literatur Review

Leadership style is one of the factors in improving employee performance, because basically the leader is the backbone of hospital development to encourage and influence good work enthusiasm for employees. Objective  The aim is to find out how leadership style can have an impact on job satisfaction in the hospital environment. The research  Method used in this study is a literature review. Where in this study the author took data related to the title, data search was carried out by searching with the Google scholar search engine which was accredited by Sinta using the keywords "Leadership Style, Patient Satisfaction, Hospital" from 2023-2025. Results Leadership style is a model or strategy in leading an organization or institution. There are some Leader Styles that can indeed be learned as a science of leadership, but in their implementation they are usually more or less influenced by the character or habits of the person. Therefore, even though they are studied together, in their implementation each person tends to be different from each other, depending on intelligence and depth in understanding it. There are many kinds of leadership styles, all of which are good but in their implementation it depends on the personality of the leader. Conclusion Many factors influence the success of leadership, including exemplary behavior, the human values ​​of the leader himself, enforcement of rules and sanctions (norms) that exist in the hospital.
