View through CrossRef
Objectiv: The present study aims to analyze the relationship and impact of spiritual leadership, represented by its dimensions (spiritual vision, positive influence, humility, and forgiveness), in mitigating organizational envy, represented by its dimensions (harmful envy, and benign envy). Study Methodology: The present study aims to analyze the relationship and impact of spiritual leadership, represented by its dimensions (spiritual vision, positive influence, humility, and forgiveness), in mitigating organizational envy, represented by its dimensions (harmful envy, and benign envy). Conclusions and Suggestions: The study concluded with several key findings, the most significant being the existence of significant negative inverse relationships between spiritual leadership and organizational envy at both the overall and individual levels. The regression analysis results also indicated an impact of all dimensions of spiritual leadership on organizational envy. The study recommended that college leadership should conduct regular evaluations of negative phenomena in the workplace, such as anxiety, stress, conflict, work pressure, and organizational envy. Additionally, employees should be made aware of the impact of these phenomena on their performance and the overall performance of the college. Promoting a spirit of cooperation and forgiveness among the staff at the studied college is essential, as this will enhance professional and social relationships, foster an environment of friendship and goodwill, and contribute to fostering positive envy.
