Litograph in pink and ochre tonalities. It represents the coast with cliff and sailing boats in the horizon. The National Tourism Trust (Patronato Nacional del Turismo) contacted the most renowned painters and draughtsmen at that time for creating a series of posters representing the 51 Spanish Provinces in order to promote Spain abroad. The works selected were exhibited in the pavilion of the Patronato Nacional del Turismo at the Latin American Exhibition in Seville, 1929 and “Baleares, island of wonders” was one of the winning paintings.
