Research on the Management and Development Strategy of the Zibo Ceramic and Glass Museum

Purpose – In contemporary China, the promotion of the cultural and art industry is advocated. The cultural and art industry is rapidly expanding into various fields in China with increasingly strong momentum, establishing itself as a leader in Chinese art. accompanied by the quiet rise of culture and art, art museums in China have also emerged. there is a growing demand for the construction of cultural and art spaces by all sectors of society. Design/Methodology/Approach – Based on the management development strategy of the Zibo Ceramic and Glass Museum, according to the cultural and artistic characteristics and style of Zibo, this research adopts the following research methods when writing. the researcher uses the literature research method, by reading a large amount of ancient and modern Chinese and foreign literature, from which it can be glimpsed which aspects of the Zibo Ceramic and Glass Museum can absorb and learn from. Findings – Under the trend of China increasingly valuing the empowerment of the cultural and art industry, people are increasingly welcoming the cultural and art industry with an open attitude, and cultural and creative museums to appreciate and feel the sensory and spiritual enjoyment that the artistic atmosphere brings to them. Research Implications – This study focuses on analyzing the management development strategy of the Zibo Ceramic and Glass Museum. this research focuses on demonstrating the current development status of the Zibo Ceramic and Glass Museum and the setbacks encountered in the development process.
