Efficiency of computer models using at the vulcanization processcontrol in elastomeric composites manufacturing

A systematic approach to the mathematical description of the complex multi-link elastomer compositesmanufacturing process, which allows taking into account the concentration dependences of the chemical reaction is considered. Based on the chemical reaction during vulcanization, a kinetic scheme of the elastomer composites manufacturing process, which underlies the derivation of the main functional dependence for the mathematical description of the vulcanization process, is proposed. Mathematical expressions in the form of a program are given.
