PERANCANGAN MODEL PENAKSIRAN PERFORMANSI ERGONOMI KESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJA DI PT.PAL INDONESIA

PT. PAL Indonesia is a State-owned enterprise which is engaged in the production of merchant ships and warships, ship maintenance and repair, also the general engineering production. This company recently develops a performance measurement of process safety, occupational health, and ergonomics in their production process. The problem encountered in this study is how to determine the model of ergonomics safety and health (K3) at PT.PAL Indononesia with refers to the balanced scorecard and can make improvements in ergonomics K3 the performance of the company. The objectives of this study are to get Key Performance Indicators (KPI) which relevant to determine the contribution of ergonomics K3 aspects of the shipping company performance, to know the declining ergonomics K3 performance cause by using a fishbone diagram, and to obtain recommendations to improve ergonomics performance in the shipping company performance. The results of this study are the concept of ergonomic K3 aspects contribution to the company performance, especially in the shipping field, giving knowledge about the causes of declining ergonomics K3 performance cause in the shipping company performance, and guidance for shipping company to improve the ergonomics K3 performance.
