Efektywność kształcenia aplikantów sędziowskich i prokuratorskich w Krajowej Szkole Sądownictwa i Prokuratury

This article presents the results of the second edition of a survey on the effectiveness of the initial training of judges and a survey on the effectiveness of the initial training of prosecutors, with regard to the degree of preparation to perform the work of as a judge’s assessor and prosecutor’s assessors respectively, conducted in 2022 at the Research and Analysis Department of the National School of Judiciary and Public Prosecution. These surveys made it possible to assess which of the competencies trained at the National School are most useful in the daily work of judge’s assessors and prosecutor’s assessors; and how the judge’s assessors and the heads of the departments in their respective courts and prosecutor’s assessors and their approvers assess the degree of their preparation in that respect. Research allowed also to assess which areas of initial training could be modified in order to increase the effectiveness of this training. The completion of the second survey of judge’s assessor, moreover, made it possible to compare the conclusions of the first survey.
