On a collection of some Mollusca from Budhabalanga estuary, Odisha

57 samples belonging to 21 species of 13 families under 04 order of Mollusca were studied from Budhabalanga estuary which were found deposited in National zoological collection of the Estuarine Biology Regional Centre. Number of bivalvia species (14) outnumbered gastropoda (7). It is also found that more than half of the species identified were found to be estuarine in its habitat.
