Pengaruh Pemberian Hypnobreaspeeding Terhadap Kelancaran Produksi ASI Pada Ibu Nifas di Desa Maja Baru Kecamatan Maja Kabupaten Lebak Banten

ABSTRACT Nationally, the coverage of exclusive breastfeeding in Indonesia is still low. Children who are not breastfed have a higher risk of getting sick and can stunt growth, even increasing the risk of death or disability. One solution that can help overcome obstacles in exclusive breastfeeding is hypnobreastfeeding, which is a natural effort to instill intention and subconscious mind to produce enough milk for the benefit of the baby. Knowing the effect of giving hypnobreaspeeding on the smooth production of breast milk for postpartum mothers in Maja Baru Village, Maja District, Lebak Regency, Banten. Quasy experimental design with pretest-posttest design with control group design. The sample is a 2 day postpartum mother in Maja Baru Village, Maja District, Lebak Regency, Banten in May-June 2023 with a total of 50 respondents using a purposive sampling technique. Intervention is given 2 times a day for 15 minutes before breastfeeding for 5 days. Bivariate analysis used paired simple t test and independent t test. The results of univariate research on the smoothness of milk production in postpartum mothers before and after giving hypnobreaspeeding mean = 2.44 and 7.16. The smoothness of milk production in postpartum mothers before and after the control group averaged = 2.40 and 3.68. The bivariate results of the paired simple t test were 0.000 and the independent t test obtained a p value = 0.000. There is an effect of giving hypnobreaspeeding on the smooth production of breast milk in postpartum mothers. Health workers are expected to be able to provide a special place used for hypnobreastfeeding and provide information through counseling and education to mothers either directly or distributing brochures about the advantages of hypnobreastfeeding, so that more mothers understand about hypnobreastfeeding so they can give their babies exclusive breastfeeding. Keywords: Giving Hypnobreaspeeding, Smooth Milk Production  ABSTRAK Secara nasional cakupan ASI eksklusif di Indonesia masih rendah. Anak yang tidak diberi ASI memiliki risiko yang lebih tinggi untuk menderita sakit dan dapat menghambat pertumbuhan, bahkan meningkatkan risiko kematian atau cacat. Salah satu solusi yang dapat membantu mengatasi hambatan dalam pemberian ASI Eksklusif adalah hypnobreastfeeding merupakan upaya alami menanamkan niat dan pikiran bawah sadar untuk menghasilkan ASI yang cukup untuk kepentingan bayi. Mengetahui pengaruh pemberian hypnobreaspeeding terhadap kelancaran produksi ASI pada Ibu Nifas di Desa Maja Baru Kecamatan Maja Kabupaten Lebak Banten. Quasy eksperimental desain dengan rancangan pretest-posttest with control group design. Sampel adalah ibu 2 hari masa nifas yang berada di Desa Maja Baru Kecamatan Maja Kabupaten Lebak Banten pada bulan Mei-Juni 2023 sebanyak 50 responden dengan teknik purposive sampling. Intervensi diberikan 2 kali sehari selama 15 menit sebelum pemberian ASI selama 5 hari. Analisis bivariat menggunakan uji paired simple t test dan t test independent. Hasil penelitian univariat kelancaran produksi ASI pada ibu nifas sebelum dan sesudah pemberian hypnobreaspeeding rata-rata = 2,44 dan 7,16. Kelancaran produksi ASI pada ibu nifas sebelum dan sesudah pada kelompok kontrol rata-rata = 2,40 dan 3,68. Hasil penelitian bivariat uji paired simple t test sebesar 0,000 dan uji t test independent didapatkan nilai p value = 0,000. Terdapat pengaruh pemberian hypnobreaspeeding terhadap kelancaran produksi ASI pada ibu nifas. Tenaga kesehatan diharapkan dapat menyediakan tempat khusus yang digunakan untuk melakukan hypnobreastfeeding dan memberikan informasi melalui penyuluhan dan pendidikan kepada ibu baik secara langsung maupun penyebaran brosur tentang kelebihan hypnobreastfeeding, sehingga lebih banyak ibu yang mengerti tentang hypnobreastfeeding sehingga dapat memberikan ASInya secara eksklusif pada bayinya. Kata Kunci: Pemberian Hypnobreaspeeding, Kelancaran Produksi ASI
