REPORT ON THE NUPTIAL FLIGHT OF THE ANT LASIUS NEGLECTUS (HYMENOPTERA, FORMICIDAE) IN DONETSK CITY

For the first time in the invasive population of the ant Lasius neglectus Van Loon, Boomsma et Andrasfalvy, 1990, true nuptial flight was recorded. It has been established that in the conditions of Donetsk it does not occur annually. The ability of the queen to independently establish a colony after the flight has been experimentally proven.
